Eligibility
Must be a registered business in The Gambia with valid
licenses and permits for your business category (restaurant,
pharmacy, grocery store, etc.).
Service Fee
TeranGO charges a fixed service fee of 3% on each order. This
fee is automatically deducted from the order total.
Quality Standards
All vendors must maintain high quality standards for products
and services. This includes fresh food, proper packaging,
accurate product descriptions, and excellent customer service.
Order Fulfillment
Vendors are responsible for preparing orders within the agreed
timeframe (typically 15-30 minutes). Late or cancelled orders
may affect your vendor rating.
Product Information
Vendors must provide accurate product information, including
descriptions, prices, and availability. Any changes must be
updated promptly in the vendor dashboard.
Payment Terms
Payouts are settled instantly once a customer pays. Your share
is transferred to your linked account while TeranGO
automatically retains its commission.
Customer Service
Vendors must respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
promptly. TeranGO support team will assist with dispute
resolution when needed.
Performance Metrics
Vendors are evaluated based on order acceptance rate,
preparation time, customer ratings, and product quality.
Consistent poor performance may result in account suspension.
Agreement Duration
Partnership agreements are renewable annually. Either party
may terminate with 30 days written notice, subject to
fulfillment of all outstanding obligations.
